Terms & Conditions

By hiring a garment from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Hire Period

Pickup Rentals

If you're collecting your garment in person, your hire runs for 3 days:

  • Pick up anytime before 6pm the day before your event, or collect it the morning of your event
  • We also offer same day rentals
  • Everything needs to come back to us by 6pm the day after your event

Postage Rentals

If we're posting your garment to you, the hire period is a little longer to account for shipping time:

  • We send all garments via Australia Post Express
  • Transit usually takes around 2–3 business days each way
  • Your return satchel is prepaid, please post the garment back the day after your event

2. Security Bond

Every hire includes a $50 bond. It's there to cover us in case of damage, loss, or a late return, and we refund it in full once your garment has been checked over and is back in its original condition.

We may deduct from your bond if:

  • The garment comes back marked, stained, or worn beyond normal use
  • It needs extra cleaning before it can be hired again
  • Any accessories or items are missing on return
  • The garment is returned later than agreed
  • Repairs or a replacement are needed

3. Damage & Loss

Minor, repairable damage: If a garment is returned with minor damage that can be repaired (e.g. small marks, loose stitching, minor tears), the cost of repair will be deducted from the $50 bond. If repair costs exceed the bond, the customer agrees to pay the additional amount.

Major damage or loss: If a garment is returned damaged beyond repair, heavily stained, or is lost, the customer agrees to pay the full retail replacement value of the garment.

All damage assessments are made by us upon inspection of the returned garment.

4. Late Returns

Late returns may incur additional daily hire fees and may result in a deduction from the bond.

5. Acceptance

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the hire period, $50 bond, and liability for damage, loss, or late return of the garment.
